About Allcliff

Allcliff Advisory is a trading name of Allcliff Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17204270. Its registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

These terms apply to the use of this website. They do not replace the written engagement terms agreed for a client matter.

Our role

Allcliff acts as the client's representative and point of coordination for agreed UK property matters. Our role is defined in writing for each instruction and may include coordinating appointed specialists, attending meetings or sites, monitoring actions, bringing decisions back to the client and reporting on progress.

Estate agents, solicitors, tax advisers, surveyors, planners, lenders, contractors and other specialists remain responsible for their own work, advice and professional obligations. Allcliff does not take over those responsibilities.

No professional advice

Allcliff does not provide legal, tax, mortgage, investment, planning or surveying advice. Nothing on this website should be treated as advice in any of those areas or as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

Allcliff does not hold client money. Any payment to a seller, solicitor, agent, contractor, authority or other third party should be made through an arrangement agreed directly with the relevant recipient or regulated professional.

When an instruction begins

Contacting Allcliff does not create a client relationship and does not oblige us to accept a matter. An instruction begins only when the scope, responsibilities, exclusions, fees and other engagement terms have been agreed in writing and any required identity, conflict, compliance or risk checks have been completed.

Until then, please do not assume that Allcliff is monitoring a deadline, protecting a position or acting on information sent to us.

The website gives a general description of Allcliff and the types of matter for which it may be useful. Every property matter is different. The website does not promise a particular service, outcome, timescale, professional appointment or commercial result.

We may update this website and these terms from time to time. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
