Allcliff is not required for every property matter. It becomes relevant when the owner is carrying a brief that nobody in the appointed team has been asked to own.

Allcliff sits on the owner’s side across the workstreams. It does not replace the appointed specialists or their advice.

The distinction is continuity, not hierarchy: each professional remains responsible for their own work and advice.

Anton founded Allcliff after dealing directly with UK acquisitions, finance, planning, refurbishment and contractor issues from the owner’s side. He leads every accepted matter and works in English and Russian.
